The late Humphrey Lyttleton taking a well-earned rest in the dressing room at Lancaster Grand Theatre last year. Staff at the Grand were saddened to hear of the recent death of the popular musician who had played to a sell-out audience in Lancaster last autumn.
They had hoped he might return. They think this might have been one of the last pictures to be taken of a man who became a national treasure and we're pleased to be able to share it with those readers who so enjoyed Humph's musicianship and quick wit.
