1. What is your earliest recollection?
Splashing in a tub of warm water in the sunshine, aged two.

2. What was your first job?
Working as a creative writer for a fragrance producer in London.

3. Happiest memory?
The birth of my son Alexander.

4. Biggest regret?
No regrets. Everything in my life has taught me something amazing.

5. Favourite song or artist?
Lots, but if I had to choose – John Denver.

6. Most-thumbed book?
The Wind Singer Trilogy by William Nicholson

7. Website most often visited?
My own! www.elementallife.co.uk

8. Best-loved food?
Pancakes.

9. What's your tipple?
I don't drink alcohol. I love sarsaparilla.

10. What's your must-watch TV programme?
ER. I am addicted.

11. A film not to be missed?
August Rush.

12. Top holiday destination?
Anywhere in this country

13. Which football team's result do you look for first on Saturday?
Sorry, I'm not interested in football!

14. Favourite car?
My beaten-up faithful old diesel Fiesta.

15. Pet, past or present?
I have four cats.

16. Favourite perfume or aftershave?
Neal's Yard Cologne.

17. Which personality would you most like to meet?
I believe everyone is a unique personality so I meet lots every day.

18. Biggest influence on your life so far?
Tai Chi.

19. What difference would a lottery win make to you?
I would set up my own Wellbeing Centre and work to preserve as much natural wilderness as the money allowed.

20. What would be your dream job?
As a Tai Chi teacher, I already have it!
