Gil Graystone, head of touring at Ludus Dance
1. What is your earliest recollection?
At home dancing round the living room furniture every Saturday morning, listening to Uncle Mac on the radio.

2. What was your first job?
Working at the Dolly Blue Factory in Backbarrow. All that fine blue dust, I looked like a Smurf at the end of the day!

3. Happiest memory?
Just after giving birth to my beautiful daughter Nina.

4. Biggest regret?
Not buying a house in the '70s when I first started working. Only got round to it 30 years later.

5. Favourite song or artist?
Don't have one favourite. I love all kinds of different and diverse music but love music you can boogie to.

6. Most-thumbed book?
A dictionary – to find out the correct meanings of words.

7. Website most often visited?
Google.

8. Best-loved food?
Italian, but preferably when in Tuscany.

9. What's your tipple?
Argentinian red wine.

10. What's your must-watch TV programme?
Later with Jools Holland, and currently, The Apprentice.

11. A film not to be missed?
West Side Story – superb music, fabulous choreography and the content is still relevant today.

12. Top holiday destination?
Tuscany for its scenery, food and people.

13. Which football team's result do you look for first on Saturday?
Gave up being a football supporter when I was 20. Used to support Barrow.

14. Favourite car?
One that works and is reliable! I wouldn't say no to an Audi TT although not so good for the environment.

15. Pet, past or present?
Bertie, our daft cocker spaniel. He's mad but cute.

16. Favourite perfume or aftershave?
Flowerbomb by Viktor Rolf. Mmm, delicious!

17. Which personality would you most like to meet?
If she were alive it would be Isadora Duncan. She was such a free spirit.

18. Biggest influence on your life so far?
An ex-colleague and friend who taught me so much about democratic and creative leadership styles.

19. What difference would a lottery win make to you?
It would make a massive difference. I could indulge in that dream holiday in Tuscany and buy a reliable car.

20. What would be your dream job?
Teaching my Stretch and Boogie class here at Ludus all day long with all the wonderful people in the class.
