1 What's your earliest recollection?
We had an old hand puppet that had to be kept in the loft because every time I saw it I cried; I was petrified of it.
2 What was your first job?
Delivering newspapers before school – in summer it wasn't too bad, but there was nothing worse than getting up on a cold winter's morning to
deliver papers to people who were still tucked up in bed.
3 Happiest memory?
I am lucky to have lots of good memories, most recent good times are with my two nieces and my partner.
4 Biggest regret?
Not going travelling in my early 20s; I would have loved to have packed my suitcase and headed off into the sunset to see the world.
5 Favourite song or artist?
I like most things from rock to dance to pop – Linkin Park are a favourite.
6 Most-thumbed book?
Any works by J.R.R. Tolkien, Lord of the Rings is a must read (the films don't do it justice).
7 Website most often visited?
I must admit that I am a complete Facebook addict, it makes keeping in touch with old and new friends easy. Great for exchanging photos.
8 Best-loved food?
Cheese; melted, grated, whatever.
9 What's your tipple?
Anything in moderation!
10 Must-watch TV programme?
I don't watch much television but I am enjoying Heroes at the moment.
11 A film not to be missed?
Breakfast at Tiffany's. Audrey Hepburn is one of a kind and you don't get films or actresses like that any more.
12 Top holiday destination?
Anywhere in Greece, in fact I am off to Crete next week.
13 Which football team's result do you look for first on Saturday?
Sport does not interest me at all, although I have been whitewater
rafting. Great fun.
14 Favourite car?
I really like the new Vauxhall Astra which I am currently driving.
15 Pet, past or present?
When I was six, I was given a Yorkshire terrier for Christmas which I called Jingles.
16 Favourite perfume or aftershave?
Prada Man.
17 Which personality would you most like to meet?
I would have loved to have met Audrey Hepburn, she was an all time classic movie star but also did great work for charity.
18 Biggest influence on your life so far?
I have to go for the most common answer – my mum, without her strength of character I wouldn't be where I am today.
19 What difference would a lottery win make to you?
It would certainly enable me to pack my suitcase and travel the world, and in luxury, which is always a bonus! Hopefully buy a country mansion for the week and a city penthouse for the weekend.
20 What would be your dream job?
I'm a city dweller but still enjoy being outdoors, so a job aimed at
environmental or wildlife issues would be ideal, although I'd still have to have a pad in the city.
