Residents from Sunderland Point are taking action after concern is raised over the rapid erosion of the coastline in the area.
Around 25 properties on 1st and 2nd Terrace are under threat due to higher tides, as flood water get closer to their front doors every year.

The Sunderland Point Community Association are having a fundraising event on Easter Monday for people to go and find out what is happening, and to drum up support for their plight.

'Tea on the Green' will take place between 2.30pm - 4.30pm at the reading room in 2nd Terrace and there will be tea and coffee and refreshments available.
