Sunderland Point was cut off by a large boat which was blocking the only road out of the area on Saturday.
People living in Sunderland Point became blocked in when the Lady Barbara was washed onto the only road in on Friday night.

It is thought the eight-ton boat was washed up by the incoming tide south of Morecambe Bay.

Lancashire Police said they were alerted at about 5am on Saturday and the boat was moved from Second Terrace at about noon.
